Bacon Making Course
Join us for a half day bacon and pancetta making course in the Farmhouse kitchen at Cwmcrwth Farm.
Imagine a Sunday morning brunch with your own bacon or lunch with a delicately seasoned pancetta created by you!
Starting with the finest quality pork from our his own rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, Rob Park will show you how to cure your own bacon and inspire you to get creative with hand seasoned pancetta. Sprinkled with a little scientific knowledge this bacon making course is informal and informative. At the end you get to enjoy a bacon roll before heading off home with your newly created bacon and pancetta to turn and nurture until it is ready to eat.

We came for two weeks at the end of August. Mixed weather but it didn't knock our spirits! Managed to get three good days on the beach and plenty to do in the area on the wet days. Wonderful farm. Rob and Fiona have a great business here and with exciting plans for the future I wish them all the best, I'm sure they will make a huge success of it. Lovely cottages, a very peaceful place to be in the evening, all the ingredients for settling down in front of the tele with a glass of wine!
