The Easter Holidays are a very popular time for staying on a farm and Cwmcrwth Farm is no exception with many of our families returning year after year! The draw of the new born lambs just can’t be resisted.
We aim to have piglets to cwtch, kids being born and Easter chicks but nothing excites the children and parents more than bottle feeding the pet lambs. So book early for the Easter Holidays if you don’t want to miss out!
The children get quite attached to the lambs racing to feed their favourite each morning and naming their lamb for their holiday
The main school Easter Holidays are bookable from Friday to Friday for 7 night stays
A group JUNIOR FARMERS EXPERIENCE can be added to our last 7 night stay in 2018 during the main school Easter Holidays from 30th March – 6th April in the Hayloft Cottage (sleeps 4) for an additional £100 per family. Activities include a whole day out on the farm with Farmer Rob helping with mucking out, feeding all the animals, bottle feeding the lambs, cwtching the piglets and collecting eggs for breakfast and even catching a ride on the donkeys.
The usual feeding rounds take place every morning and in cottage craft and baking activities are available throughout the Easter Holidays.
