Cheese Making Course
Spend a day with your hands in milk and whey and come away with some fantastic tasting cheese!
Our one day cheese making course covers techniques for making both soft and semi hard cheeses at home. Learn the art of cheese making from a true Artisan producer Lynn Beard from Cothi Valley who will guide you through the science. With over 20 years experience producing a variety of cheeses she will show you how to make fantastic cheese in your own home using kitchen utensils.
Whether your interest is in cows, goats or sheep milk, she can guide you through the process, introduce you to the world of cultures, cheese moulds and cheese presses and the art of making a flavoursome cheese.
Overnight accommodation can be provided in our holiday cottages subject to availability.

"Great location for a family holiday!"
We came for two weeks at the end of August. Mixed weather but it didn't knock our spirits! Managed to get three good days on the beach and plenty to do in the area on the wet days. Wonderful farm. Rob and Fiona have a great business here and with exciting plans for the future I wish them all the best, I'm sure they will make a huge success of it. Lovely cottages, a very peaceful place to be in the evening, all the ingredients for settling down in front of the tele with a glass of wine!
